Teens
The teen years are a special and crucial time of growth, self-discovery, and transformation.
I work with teens to navigate the challenges and opportunities of these years with greater confidence and resilience, supporting my teen clients through anxiety and depression, managing social and academic pressures, exploring identity formation, and improving communication and understanding in relationships with others.
In addition to individual therapy with teens, I also offer parent coaching and family sessions to facilitate healthier family dynamics and strengthen connections.

Couples
Your story as a couple is unique and important. Whether it is to come together to work through a current crisis or for ongoing relationship maintenance, couples therapy can be an invaluable space to grow in relational intimacy and safety.
As a Restoration Therapist, I support couples in identifying their cycles of stuckness, understanding why it exists, and experiencing new ways of being to bring about greater opportunity for flourishing in your relationship.
I also offer premarital counseling and am a certified Prepare-Enrich facilitator.

Therapists, Ministry Staff & Member Care
I am passionate about supporting the full health and wellbeing of those engaged in the work of soul care. I reserve a portion of my caseload for student therapists at a reduced rate and offer some sliding scale slots for individuals in ministry and member care. If this applies to you, please contact me to get started.
FEes
A standard 50-minute session with me is $195 for individual therapy and $225 for couples and family therapy. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, HSA/FSA cards, and all major credit cards.
INSURANCE. I do not currently take insurance and am considered an out-of-network provider for insurance companies. However, if requested, I can provide you with a detailed statement for insurance reimbursement (called a superbill). If utilizing insurance is important to you, it may be helpful before starting therapy with me to call your provider and inquire about your coverage for out-of-network licensed therapists as reimbursement rates will vary.
SLIDING SCALE. I reserve a number of sliding scale spots for clients with limited income as well as for therapy students. If this applies to you, please contact me regarding availability.
